If you're having trouble with our forums, please post in this section. Don't post technical issues in the solar or roofing forums and we will all be a happy family. Try to make a descriptive topic or thread name which identifies your issue clearly. Don't post answers to resolved topics, and resolved topics will be locked and archived for future reference. For now, this is a new section and there should be no issues with overlapping topics, however, for future reference, it's best to view existing topics or use the search function to make sure you're not asking the same question as someone else.

If you can't find an existing answer to your issue, post your subject (be descriptive, so we know the general idea of the problem before looking at the post, and to make it easy for those trying to determine whether a similar question or problem was already posted).

With all that in mind, we hope to quickly find resolutions to your problems here. Eventually, we figure there will be problems, despite our best efforts to make the forum easy and simple to use, and technologically up-to-date.
